  1. Assuming that the text boxes are just in the design format and not in the final printed book, you layouts are nice! My only suggestion is that you rearrange the photos to relate to each other. The shark picture and the jellyfish correspond because they're underwater. The butterfly on the left page and the daisies on the right page would create an interesting dialogue- the butterfly is angled to point to the right, and the flowers are angled to lead your eye left. Simple things like that. The colors are really vibrant, nice job on that!

  3. Gabe,

I absolutely love the vibrant colors in your pictures. I normally like black and whites, but the colors in your are so alive, that it makes me feel like I am seeing the real thing not just a picture, so thank you for that. I am not really sure what else to say other than I wish I could take pictures that look like that.

  4. To be completely honest, I was really unsure how this was going to turn out because I am not a fan of surreal photo manipulations. But these make an interesting book. I definitely cannot wait to see it printed. The vibrant colors and crazy shapes truly make your images. Originally not my taste, but I'm sold. Solid layout. I guess I only wish there were more pages.

  5. Gabe, I really like how much you've experimented with your images. It ties all of the images together in a very surreal way. You're book will definitely be unique! Looking at each page, I honestly don't see anything that I think is necessary to change. Each image has a lot of character and nothing about the composition is unpleasant to look at. Great work!
